John is an experienced tax expert focused on expatriate and foreign national taxation. Prior to forming his own firm, John worked with PKF Texas, Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse.
He is a well-known expert, who has been called upon for speaking engagements for national, state and local groups, including the AICPA Tax Division, bar associations, and payroll and human resources organizations. John testified before the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures regarding expatriate foreign tax credit provisions, September, 1993.
John has written articles and publications for industry journals, and an authoritative tax guide, US Taxation of Foreign Nationals Employed in the US, published by Research Institute of America (RIA), now in its second edition.
